Mumbai Crust is the latest venture from the Flames Group of Restaurants, founded by culinary entrepreneurs Sujith and Solwin. With a shared vision and deep love for food, they've created a growing family of restaurants that celebrate both authenticity and innovation.

The journey began in 2021, when Sujith and Solwin opened their first Indian restaurant in Albany, New York, introducing bold, modern Indian cuisine to the Capital District. Following its success, they launched Flames Pizzeria in Cohoes, the area's first Indian-style pizza restaurant — blending the comfort of Italian classics with the vibrant spices of India.
